Alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.01.2011, made in Crl.O.P.No.336 of 2011, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.Jerald C.Dennyson, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled and the petitioner is not inclined to pursue this contempt petition. The said statement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded.
