2. Instant application has been brought on board, pursuant to earlier proceedings for effecting service on defendants by resorting to substitute of service.

3. Mr.Gagan Bothra, party in person makes a request that it would be desirable to have paper publication effected in 'Makkal Kural' Tamil Daily, Chennai Edition and 'Times of India', English Daily, Chennai Edition. This request is acceded to.

4. Publication to be made in the aforesaid two dailies. Returnable date shall be 21.02.2020. Proof of publication to be filed in the Registry in advance. If proof of publication is in order, Registry to show the names of defendants together with full/complete address as in the short and long cause title in the next listing.

The newspaper publications have since been made in accordance with 04.02.2020 orders/proceedings and the same culminated in further proceedings dated 21.02.2020 which reads as follows: 'Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings dated 04.02.2020 made in A.No.423 of 2020.

2. Today pursuant to proof of publication names of all defendants together with their full/complete addresses as in the short and long cause titles were shown. No counsel has entered appearance. Name of the defendants called out aloud thrice in the Court and adjoining corridors. No response. All four defendants are set ex-parte, list on 24.02.2020'.

3. As this application has served its purpose, instant application is disposed of as closed.
