The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.12.2022 for the offence under Section Man Missing and subsequently altered into Sec. 147, 148, 294(b), 201 and 302 of I.P.C. in Crime No.419 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioners have been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
