This petition has been filed to To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am till the completion of trial and he shall also appear before the trial court for every hearing without fail and cooperative with the trial proceedings as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.24727 of 2023 by an order dated 02.11.2023 in Spl.S.C.No.

50/2021 on the file of the Special Court for exclusively trial of cases under the POCSO act Cuddalore.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
