O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is also seen that the petitioner has been called for an enquiry with regard to a matrimonial dispute. The petitioner has sent a legal notice for divorce, stating that his wife Andal failed to take care of his parents which resulted in continuous quarrel.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct an enquiry and take further action in accordance with law. It is made clear that if the respondent finds that it is a matrimonial dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the appropriate Family Court.
