ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenu - Mr.Gokul, aged 37 years. The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for the production of his son.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu had returned and the complaint was closed by taking note of the statement made by him.
