This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead (a) The Commissioner, Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Government of Tamil Nadu, 119, Uthamar Gandhi Salai, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600034 and (b) the Executive Officer, Arulmihu Vedaranyeswarasamy Temple, Vedaranyam - 614810 (the proposed Respondents 4 and 5 herein) as the respondents 4 and 5 respectively in the main WP. 21209 of 2021.

2. Since the document is refused to be registered only on the ground that the property is a temple property, the presence of the temple is required for proper adjudication. 3.Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

For filing counter by the newly impleaded respondent, post the main petition on 10.06.2024.
