JUDGMENT
The appellant has filed this Second Appeal against the judgment and decree of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirupur, in A.S. No. 61 of 2021, dated 25.01.2022, which confirmed the decree and judgment passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, in O.S. No. 135 of 2013, dated 29.03.2016.
2. On an earlier occasion, this Court directed the respondent to remove the articles kept by the appellant in one of the rooms, with the assistance of the police, as ordered by the trial Court.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the counsel for the respondents submitted that all the articles were removed with the help of the police. This Court had already observed that no substantial question of law is involved in this matter.

4. According to the records, through execution proceedings, the respondent has already taken possession of the property. As of today, the entire property is in the possession of the respondents, and therefore, nothing further remains in this appeal.
5. Since no substantial question of law is involved, this Second Appeal is dismissed as devoid of merit. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 28.10.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rri To
