PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records relating to the award dated 17.12.2002 passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.648/2001(old No.175/99), quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, back wages and other attendant benefits, award costs.
