ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was able to rectify the defects pointed out by the respondent-Corporation and that accepting the same, the Corporation has also started supplying products to the petitioner.

2.In view of the above submission, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
