Crl.M.P.No.1571 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23906 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23906 of 2021 by an order dated 09.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting twice in a month instead of every Tuesday and Sunday.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer every Tuesday and Sunday is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the final report.
