Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records relating to the order dated 23.12.2009 in C.P.No.234 of 2005 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.39,906/- towards bonus for the accounting years 1993-94 to 2004-2005.

O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the contesting respondent have submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the contesting respondent is resolved by entering into a settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act. The settlement is signed by parties on 12.08.2011 in the presence of Notary and the same is also produced before this Court. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed as settled out of Court. No costs.
