ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 26.09.2023 in a time bound manner and pass orders.
2. Heard Mr.R.Karunagaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The petitioner is a member of the Madam Primary Agricultural Co-operative bank. The Tamil Nadu Government had given certain guidelines in respect of regularisation of waiver of loan given to the eligible beneficiaries on 08.08.2023. The fourth respondent who is a Secretary of the said Co-operative Bank violated the conditions prescribed by the Government and fraudulently availed various loans for his own enrichment. Aggrieved over the illegal action of the fourth respondent, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 26.09.2023 and the same has been forwarded by the Deputy Registrar, Cheyyar and on which, the petitioner was called for an enquiry on Page No.2 of 4
03.11.2023. The petitioner appeared for the said enquiry and given his statement. Thereafter, no further action has been taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that if short time is given, the enquiry will be completed on the representation given by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed and the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to complete the enquiry on the representation given by the petitioner and pass orders with a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
