By Order dated 10.07.2019, this Court directed the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem, to dispose of the appeal in AS.No.88 of 2003 with the direction for remanding the appeal within a period of three months.

2. Now the learned I Additional District Judge, Salem has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid appeal suit as directed by this Court. As requested by the learned I Additional District, Salem, the time is extended for a further period of three months to dispose the said appeal suit.
