C.M.P.No.1879 of 2021 is filed to exempt the petitioner from paying Court fee of Rs.9,275/- in C.M.A.No.SR.11148 of 2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the claim petition filed by the appellant was dismissed and he filed the above C.M.A.No.SR.11148 of 2021 for granting compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.9,275/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.No.SR.11148 of 2021, for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage.
