O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on all working day at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required imposed by this Court by its order dated 05.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30098 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the above condition on the ground that they are facing some threat for their life.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition even for a single day.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner had not complied the condition even for a single day, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
