Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceeding No.1335/TOV/A4/2013 dated 11.09.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue community certificate and nativity/residence certificate and pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit with exemplary cost of Rs.1,00,000/-.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was informed that appropriate certificate will be issued to him. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that appropriate certificate will be issued to the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the following effect:

4.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
