PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in C.M.P.No.2/GOONDA/2020/M1 dated 10.01.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the detention as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, Thiru.Pannapatti Manikandan @ Mani S/o Kumar, aged 34 years now confined in Central Prison, Salem, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
