The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the for the entire records connected with the impugned orders of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.43431/Pa.tho2/E2/2011 dated 26.07.2011 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives in this petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
