The petition has been filed to recall the order, dated 29.06.2022. In the above Review Application No.177 of 2012, an order was passed consequent to the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The Junior counsel, who was authorised to withdraw another matter, on a wrong impression had withdrawn the present review petition.

3.The review petitioner should not suffer owing to such wrong or mistaken withdrawal.
