This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.651 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Section 75 TNCP Act and 324 of IPC as against the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.651 of 2015 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.85 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
