The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made the following endorsement stating that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous: The dispute raised by the 1st respondent, Thomson Press Pattalai Tholilalar Sangam was called off as the Sangam itself was dissolved and accordingly, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour-II has closed the subject without further proceedings. As on date, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may please to close the writ petition.
