This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.9(a) in Crl.O.P.No.28652 of 2022 by order dated 23.11.2022 by which order, a learned single judge of this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner was A2 in crime No.323 of 2021 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. A1 had been arrested and had been granted bail. While granting anticipatory bail, the learned single judge had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,45,000/- to the credit of crime No.323 of 2021.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is only a bell boy in the church and does not have any resource to deposit such a amount. He also very fairly stated that petitioner is prepared to deposit a sum of Rs.1/- lakh.

5.Taking all those factors into consideration, the order dated 23.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28652 of 2022 is modified that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1/- lakh on or before 19.04.2024. 19.03.2024 rjr 2/3
