ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in para 10(iii) in Crl.A.No.1888 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025, directing the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Wall Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and has been reporting before the Trichy Town Wall Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the above submission that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in para 10(iii) in Crl.A.No.1888 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the Trichy Town Wall Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, is relaxed. The petitioner is now directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, on the first working day of every week until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
