1. This application is filed to set aside the decision of rejection of the proof of debt of the Applicants, dated 23.01.2014/Claim No.21/378/97/ARIII/Claims, of the Official Liquidator in CP.No.378 of 1997.

2. There is no representation for the Applicants. This Court heard the Official Liquidator.

3. The Applicants have made two claims in two different forms under Form No.66. One claim is for Rs.2,45,230/- and the other claim is for Rs.8,44,374/- The Official Liquidator submits that the claim for Rs.2,45,230/- was adjudicated and the other claim was rejected, since the claims under two different forms are not one and the same and the claimant preferred two different forms, which is supposed to be filed in one form, however, she fairly submits that appropriate directions may be given to adjudicate the claims.

4. In view of the said submissions of the Official Liquidator, the impugned order dated 23.01.2014 is set aside and the Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate both the claims filed under Form No.66 together, treating as a single claim and adjudicate the same on or before 03.06.2024. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
