Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned auction notice dated 8.1.2019 issued by the second respondent published in Daily Thandhi and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to conduct auction in free and fair manner by revising the term of auction and amount of auction.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Challenging the tender-cum-auction notice dated 8.1.2019 issued by the second respondent proposing to conduct the auction on 30.01.2019, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent Municipality submitted that the auction has already been conducted and nothing survives for adjudication in the instant
writ petition.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the second respondent, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.2507 and 2508 of 2019 are closed.
