This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and submitted that the first respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.
3.The second respondent remained ex-parte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the first respondent.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 103 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. vkr 17.02.2020 NOTE: Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
