Respondent/Respondent Petitioner/Landlord Prayer: Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 18 of 1960 as amended by Act 23 of 1973 against the Judgment and Decree dated 02.11.2021 passed in R.C.A.No.277 of 2019 on the file of the learned VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the Order and Decree passed on 18.03.2019 in R.C.O.P.No.1248 of 2016 on the file of the learned XVI Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

ORDER

The tenant has filed an Affidavit of Undertaking to vacate and hand over the possession of the tenanted premises on 01.09.2022. Mr.E.Senthil Kumar, who has filed vakalat for the respondent appeared virtually and agreed to the time being granted. The Affidavit of Undertaking is taken on file.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. It is needless to state that the tenant shall continue to pay the rents without any default. Any default will entail the Landlord to proceed with the execution proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
