Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.R.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.MADHAVAN, Advocate on behalf of the first respondent, the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, only notice through Court as well as privately, was ordered on 23.08.2016 and no interim order was granted. Hence, this Court is of the view that keeping the petition pending will not serve any purpose and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
