Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.No. 13898 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No. 17739 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021 and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13898 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17739 of 2021, dated 21.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
