ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet to dispose the trial in S.C.No.133 of 2016.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.133 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
