ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17048 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1194 of 2023, dated 18.07.2024, wherein the petitioner was enlarged on bail, on condition that he 1 / 4

shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17048 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1194 of 2023 dated 18.07.2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal, is relaxed, and the petitioner is now directed to report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
