When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 05.07.2019. On 05.07.2019, though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was ready with the matter, there was no representation on behalf of the second respondent. Hence, this Court, again directed the Registry to post the matter under the same caption "for dismissal" on 10.07.2019. When the matter was listed on 17.07.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole proprietor of the petitioner management, Mr.K.Moorthi died and requested to have the matter today. petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
