The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order and direction issued by this Court dated 13.12.2011 in W.P.No.28439 of 2011 and M.P.No.1 of 2011, has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 05.06.2013 issued by the Chief Educational Officer, Villupuram and also a copy of the letter given by the petitioner, to that effect.
