The prayer in the petition is that the petitioner had submitted a representation to the respondent dated 02.03.2017 to alter the FIR in Crime No. 60 of 2017. It was pending before the respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.P.Govindarajan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent has already filed a final report in Crime No. 60 of 2017.
