This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 51 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.3485 of 2026.

2.Notice was issued by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2026. Private notice has been served on the respondent and proof of service has been duly filed before this Court. Despite service, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel. Thus, it appears that the respondent has nothing to submit in this matter.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, the delay of 51 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 3485 of 2026 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the main case if it is otherwise in order and post it on 14.07.2026 under the caption "For Admission".
