Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GURURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.DHANASEKARAN, Advocate assisted by M/S.R.AGILESH, Advocate for 1st Respondent and of MR.P.V.MURALIDHAR, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, an order of Interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone, was granted on 23.08.2016. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
