ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in F.I.R.No.462 of 2020, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keelapalur Police Station, Ariyalur District and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up today, Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners had earlier approached this Court seeking to quash the FIR No. 462 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.21093 of 2020, this Court by its order dated 06.01.2021, while dismissing the application, had directed the first respondent to proceed with the further investigation and file the final report. has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Jurisdictional Court on 15.01.2021.
3. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
