PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the respondents from insisting the petitioner and the petitioner's customers to obtain transport permits to transport the processed mineral of all sizes from the crushing unit of the petitioner situated at S.F.No.435/4, Karudayampalayam Village, K.Paramathi (via), Aravakurchi Taluk, Karur District, to the place of the purchasers of the said jelly.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to prohibit the respondents from insisting the petitioner and the petitioner's customers to obtain transport permits to transport the processed mineral of all sizes from the crushing unit of the petitioner situated at S.F.No.435/4, Karudayampalayam Village, K.Paramathi (via), Aravakurchi Taluk, Karur District, to the place of the purchasers of the said jelly.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the prayer sought for this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
