This application is filed to condone the delay of 1832 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering that this application is not opposed by the other side, the delay is condoned. The petition is allowed.
