Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition "(b) the petitioner shall also deposit a sum of Rs.2,70,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Seventy Thousand only) to the credit of the Crime No.398 of 2023 before the said Court and the final order in respect of the amount will be passed at the end of the criminal proceedings by the trial Court" imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.32766 of 2023 dated 22.01.2023 in Crime No.398 of 2023 on the file of the respondent. ORDER
