2. This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant / plaintiff to sue the petition mentioned suit.

3. Admittedly, the suit schedule property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. However, the Mortgage Deed pertains to the said suit schedule property has been registered in Saidapet Sub-Registrar Office, which is available within the jurisdiction of this Court. Further, the respondent has also residing in Vadapalani, which also comes under the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, in view of the above, a substantial part of the cause of action has been arised within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In the said circumstances, the leave prayed for by the applicant is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
