This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to entrust the investigation to some other police for reinvestigation on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 21.04.2015 by transferring the same from the 1st respondent to some other police.

2.It is seen from records that the said complaint dated 21.04.2015 itself has not even registered by the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the question of transferring the investigation and for re-investigation does not arise at all. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.
