ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the order of transfer of the case in M.C.No.07/2018 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore to the file of VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and to order for trial of both cases together.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the husband and the respondent is wife and the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has already been settled. As such nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
