ORDER

(Heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not know of 2021,seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in C.P.No.1127/DC Camp/2021.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, otherwise close the petition. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
