This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose the Maintenance Case in M.C.No.419 of 2012, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional Family Court, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.419 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
