ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 12.11.2014 in W.P.No.29370 of 2014 has been complied with, by a communication dated 20.04.2015 issued to the petitioner by the respondent. Paragraph 4 of the said communication order which reads as under: 1/3

4.As per the direction of the Hon'ble High Court the meter was inspected on 08.04.2015 and order passed on 10.04.2015 and since you refused to receive the same I have sent the same by way of by Registered post with Acknowledgement and the same was received by you on 11.04.2015. In turn you have sent a reply notice dated 15..4.2015 stating that the meter was defective and I have coerced and threatened you through the staff of TANGEDCO and consequently your health is affected.

2.It has also been replied by the petitioner by letter dated 12.05.2015 wherein the petitioner has himself agreed for settlement of Electricity Bills shall be made, only as per Court's direction taking into full facts of the case from 15.10.2013.

3.Considering the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
