ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.

The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only), as costs, to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras on or before 04.03.2019 and file a photocopy of the receipt along with a memo reporting compliance in the Registry.
