This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Petition and Docket order dated 01.08.2022 made in E.P.No.05 of 2019 in M.C.O.P. No.141 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Judge, Perundurai.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner/ Corporation had already paid the entire amount to the respondent, as ordered in the execution petition and subsequently, the Execution Petition was also closed. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 01.04.2026 stn To The Sub Judge, Perundurai.
