When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel representing the Appellant submitted that this Court by judgment dated 30.06.2023 directed the Appellant to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only), as compensation to the parents of the deceased, on the file of the learned Special Sessions Court for Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore, II Additional District and Sessions Court (CBI Cases), in S.C.No.218 of 2016. On such deposit, the Appellant is to be released considering the period already undergone in detention. Therefore, the case was posted today. Today, 14.07.2023, the learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that the Appellant had deposited the amount and he has also produced the receipt bearing D.No.927368 issued by the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore. The order of this Court dated 30.06.2023 is complied with by the Appellant and the same is recorded.
